Engineering Academy

Prism Sport & Entertainment helped INFINITI launch its global engineering academy. Finding the world’s best young engineering talent to support INFINITI’s F1 and motoring teams.

The Academy was first launched in 2014 and is now in its fourth year, with entries seeking one of the coveted seven placements having grown to 12,500.

As the Academy has grown, so has the interest in the project. In 2017, Microsoft became a global partner, supporting the project through their latest technology and by setting finalists in each region a challenge using their new PowerApps software. The US Final of the Engineering Academy was hosted by Microsoft in Seattle.

The INFINITI Engineering Academy (IEA) is a global search for the world’s best young engineers.

The prize is a year-long placement, working across both the premium automotive industry with INFINITI Motor Co. and motorsport industry with Renault Sport Formula One Team.
