Overview

After a fire severely damaged the Glasgow School of Art, destroying the iconic Mackintosh Library, J. Walter Thompson London worked with 25 famous artists to create art using charcoal from the building’s remains. The resulting artworks were auctioned at Christie’s, raising funds to rebuild the school.
